Cancellation Policy

📌 1. Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website, phone, or email. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the start of the service. Bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Professional licensed chauffeur Standard EV or luxury EV based on booking Includes basic vehicle insurance and fuel Does not include tolls, entry fees to attractions, or parking charges unless agreed in writing ⏱ 3. Extra Charges Extra hours: $30/hour Extra kilometres: $0.60/km Overnight holding of vehicle for chauffeur: Included for 2+ day bookings 🔁 4. Changes & Cancellations Free changes up to 48 hours before start date Cancellations: More than 48 hours before: Full refund 24–48 hours before: 50% refund Less than 24 hours: No refund SafAr reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to force majeure, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns (full refund or alternate date offered) ⚖️ 5. Passenger Responsibility Clients are expected to comply with local laws and traffic regulations No smoking or consumption of alcohol in the vehicle Any damage to the vehicle caused by misuse will be charged to the client Pets are allowed only with prior approval 🛡 6. Insurance & Liability All vehicles are covered by basic commercial insurance SafAr is not liable for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or external factors Personal travel insurance is recommended for passengers 🤝 7.
